RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUNDS
We are confident that you will love your footwear, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt. This time limit is extended for gifts purchased during the Christmas period when any purchase made after the 14th November is returnable until 14th January the following year.
Refunds will be made via the method you used to pay for your goods at the time of placing your order. Postage costs are non refundable unless the product is damaged, in which case we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of £7.50
If you wish to return any goods, you MUST return the footwear (complete with labels attached) and packaging (box, card inserts, etc.) to us unmarked, in perfect condition and unused.
Boxes MUST also be returned to us with no labels, tape or delivery stickers of any kind attached directly onto the box. Please place the box/bag inside a protective covering before attaching any tape or labels. As an online shop we are unable to sell footwear that is returned with damaged packaging. Please respect the condition in which we must receive the returned products and packaging in order to resell.
In order to return any goods, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org (so that we will know to expect them) and then enclose a letter with the goods, stating your name and address, order number, the reason for return, whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to:
